Introduction
Refreshing summer dessert that I have converted most of the ingredients to lowcal or low fat. A real winner at family gatherings. Never any left over! Ingredients

Crust:
2 Cups Pretzel Crumbs
1 1/2 Cups Sugar (could use Slenda)
3/4 Cups Butter
Filling:
8 oz. Cream Cheese (I use the light version)
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 (9oz) Container Cool Whip (I use the sugar free version)
Topping:
2 (3 oz) Boxes of Strawberry Jello ( I use sugar free)
20 oz Frozen strawberries (2 containers)
Directions
1. Crush pretzels in a ziplock bag. COmbine 2 cups of pretzel crumbs with sugar and softened butter. Press in a 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 4 minutes at 350 degrees, let cool.
2. Mix cream cheese and sugar, then add cool whip. pour over cooled pretzel crust.
3. Dissolve jello into 2 cups of boiling water. Add frozen strawberries. let stand until cool enough to spread over filling.
4. Refrigerate to set.
