    1 large Hard Boiled Egg
    4 oz Jimmy Dean Sausage - Regular (by ZEROFEELINGS)

Directions

Cover eggs with water, bring to boil, remove from heat and cover. Let eggs sit in the hot water for 10 - 12 minutes then cool rapidly. Measure out 4 oz sausage and flatten into a patty, then wrap egg in the sausage. Fry (375), pan fry, or bake (350) until sausage is cooked through.
