Ingredients

    8 cup, chopped Kale
    4 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh
    2 cup, chopped Cabbage, red, fresh
    4 serving carrot shreds
    200 grams Cilantro, raw
    4 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)

Tips

Chop all kale, cabbage, cilantro and green onion into small 1/4 inch pieces..aka...chopped salad (like you buy in the store)
I used julienne cut carrots (organic)
