Introduction

This is a variation of chicken salad I make often. I like to add a fruit to boost the vitamin value and it tastes good. Here I use strawberries, but apples and grapes are great too. Add chopped almonds, cashews or walnuts to help with protein or crunch. Today I'll have on whole grain bread with fresh tomatoes and spinach leaves. This is a variation of chicken salad I make often.
