Introduction

Have your blue cheese dressing without the side of guilt. Have your blue cheese dressing without the side of guilt.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/4 tsp White Pepper
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1 serving Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (5.3 oz)
    1 tbsp Wine Vinegar - red or white
    2 tbsp Meijer Lite Mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp Lime Juice
    1/8 tsp Garlic powder
    1 oz. Danish Blue Cheese
    3 Tbsp Skim Milk

Tips

I chose Meijer's store brand lite mayonnaise because it's ingredients list was much shorter and less additive heavy than a any of the name brands I compared it to, while keeping the fat down to 3.5 grams per tablespoon.


Directions

Thoroughly mash about 1/3 of the cheese into the bottom of a one cup, glass measure.
Add the next seven ingredients to the cup and mix well with the mashed cheese.
Crumble and stir in the remaining cheese.
Use as is for dip or thin with skim milk for salad dressing.
Cover and refrigerate a couple hours before serving.
