    .5 cup, diced Pineapple, fresh
    .5 cup slices Yambean (jicama)
    1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    12 serving Garlic, Pickled, Plain (Old Gilroy Garlic Co) (12 serv = 12 cloves) (by TRILLIANTOO)
    4 tbsp Hellmann's Mayonaise
    .25 cup Yogurt, Greek gods traditional plain Greek yogurt
    3 fl oz Lemon Juice
    2 large Hard Boiled Egg
