Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Elbow Macaroni, 1 cup uncooked
    6oz can of Tuna (packed in water, drained)
    Light Mayo, 2 tablespoons
    2 Celery stalks, diced

Directions

1. Boil water and cook 1 cup of Elbow Macaroni per packaging instructions.

2. Drain and run under cold water when cooked.

3. Drain 6 ounce can of tuna.

4. Dice celery into small pieces.

5. Add all ingredients and chill for 30 minutes.

* You can also add other vegetables like tomatoes or peas.

    Very Good
    I made this last night for dinner. I added some honey mustard though to add a bit of zing. Very good, and I will keep this as a lunch staple instead of a dinner staple since I wanted to eat more than one serving at dinner :) - 7/16/08
