    28 oz Hormel Extra Lean Center Cut Loin Filet, Original

    2 Tbl Olive Oil
    3 tsp minced garlic
    2 Tbl rosemary, fresh (chopped)


Mix all ingredients in bowl. Smear on tenderloin and cover with Saran Wrap.

Put in refrigerator for 1 hour up to overnight.

Preheat oven to 400. Cook in shallow baking dish for 40 minutes or internal temp. is 160.

Remove from heat. Wait for 10 minutes and serve.

  • I am trying this tonight. I added fresh sage, cracked pepper and 1/2 cup white wine in the marinade. Getting ready to pop it in the oven now. *********Now after dinner. The pork tenderloin was awesome. I served it with Quinoa with peppers and onions. Great meal. - 9/21/09

  • This is even better with 2-3 TBS lime juice poured the loin before it is roasted. I add mini carrots, red potatoes (with skin) and a sliced up apple and bake it all together. Delicious flavors all co-mingled. Delicious!! - 8/22/09
