Ingredients

    2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast, I use roast chicken
    2- 8 oz packages of Cream Cheese
    1- 1 ounce package Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
    3 Tbsp. Mrs Dash Southwest Chipotle seasoning
    2- 10 ounce cans Rotel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles
    4 cups organic Bone Broth, chicken

Tips

Place the cream cheese packages in the microwave for one minute each before adding to the crockpot, to ensure creaminess.


Directions

Place all ingredients in a crockpot for six hours. Serve with cheese, cilantro and sour cream, if desired.
