Ingredients

1, 12 oz bag -Bird's Eye Steam Fresh Broccoli Florets
1 can - Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 lb. - boneless, skinless chicken breast, chopped
32 oz (4 pkg) - Tofu Shirataki fettuccine shape noodles
1 6.5 oz can- mushrooms
1/4 tsp - Pepper, black
2/3 cup - Milk, nonfat,
1/4 cup - 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
Directions
Cook broccoli accourding to package directions.
Remove Noodles from package and rinse. Drain and pat dry (remove as much moisture as possible), place in microwave for 1 minute then dry again.
Spinkle chicken with pepper and any other seasoning you like. Saute chicken, and onion in a skillet sprayed with cook spray and a small amount of water. Add mushrooms and cook for a couple of minutes (until heated through). Remove from heat and set aside.
In large pan combine milk and soup, cook until heated. Add chicken mixture, broccoli and noodles. Cook and stir over low heat until all of mixture is heated through.
Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
