I found this in the Fitness Magazine and used Feta in Place of Parmesan Cheese, Just because that is what I had.

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    *Barilla Plus Penne, 4 oz
    Zucchini, 1 cup, chopped
    *Summer Squash, 1 cup, chopped
    White Kidney Beans 1 Cup Rinsed and Drained
    Fresh Lemon Juice, 2 lemon yields
    Fresh Basil, 4 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Feta Cheese, 1/4 cup, crumbled

Directions

Cook pasta as directed
Mix remaining ingredients in bowl
Add Pasta, Stir
Serve or Let Cool In Fridge.

Makes 2 Large Dinner Servings For around 500 Calories
