Ingredients

16 oz 85% Lean Ground Beef Patty - (1) 4 oz.uncooked
2 cup cremini mushrooms (by EKALEEGUS)
1 serving Eggland's Best Large Egg
1.5 cup Pacific Natural Foods Organic Beef Broth, 1 cup
1 tbsp Parsley, dried
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (Evolution Salt Co) (by TAMMAGDALENO)
1 dash Pepper, black
1 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
3 tbsp Kerry gold salted butter
12 tbsp Daisy Brand - Sour Cream Pure & Natural
Directions
Combine Meatball mix (hamburger, egg, flour, S&P, seasonings, worcestershire) into a bowl & mix well. Form 12 meatballs.
Heat butter in sauce pan.
Cook meatballs in butter until browned on all sides (approx. 2-3 mins)
Remove from pan & set aside.
Add 1 TB of butter to the mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms are golden (approx. 4-5 mins).
Remove mushrooms from pan.
Add beef broth to pan.
Whisk in Sour cream (can add thickener if desired).
Simmer for 20 mins.
Season with S&P. Garnish with Parsley.
*Can serve over mashed cauliflower if desired.
