Ingredients

    4 link (4" long) Pork Sausage, broiled
    2 large Potato, diced
    12 stalk Celery, diced
    1 cup Sweet Corn
    1 cup, carrots, chopped
    3 large whole tomatoes
    1 can black beans, rinsed well
    1 can cannellini beans , rinsed well
    1 cup fresh hatch green chile, diced
    4 spear Broccoli, chopped
    1 can Ranch Style beans
    1 cup onion, chopped

Tips

can be cooked on stovetop or in crockpot.


Directions

Broil sausage in skillet, then dice and set aside. Add potatoes, tomatoes, celery, onion and carrots to crock pot and add 4 cups water, cook for 2 hours on high setting. Add diced sausage, rinsed beans, corn, and green chiles, and cook 2 hours on high setting. Add salt and pepper to taste. Freezes well.
