Ingredients

    4.5 cup Spaghetti Squash
    1.25 cup RO TEL No Salt Added Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
    .25 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    20 oz *93% Lean ground beef
    .66 cup Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend
    4 oz Fage 0% Greek yogurt
    .5 cup Old ElPaso Red Enchilada sauce (by AKACARL)
    3 tbsp Cream Cheese, Philadelphia Reduced Fat- 1/3 less fat) 31g
    .5 tsp Chili powder

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, mix enchilada sauce, yogurt, cream cheese and chili powder in bowl set aside. cook beef and drain grease. add green peppers and tomatoes. add spaghetti squash and sauce and stir. put in casserole dish and top with cheese. bake about 25 minutes until cheese is melted
