2 cups Safeway Select Garlic Lovers Salsa

Tips
You can skip the brine if you just don't have time. But try to do it if you can as it really improves the overall seasoning.
Directions
Brine the chicken in a bowl of water and a handful of salt. Brine for at least 15 minutes and up to 2 hours. If you are starting with raw chicken, this step will also defrost your chicken.
Drain and pat dry the chicken. Place it in the crockpot along with the salsa. Sprinkle a little more salt (maybe a 1/2 tsp) and then stir to mix well. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the chicken shreds easily.
