    1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice
    1 dash Salt
    0.50 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 cup Blueberries, fresh
    0.50 tsp Baking Soda
    0.50 serving honey (raw, trader joes, organic) (1 tbs)
    1.25 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g)
