Ingredients

35.36 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
16 oz Cream Cheese
8 tsp Ranch Dip Mix Hidden Valley Ranch
5 cup Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles, RO*TEL (by JERTEX)
4 tsp Better than Bouillon Organic Chicken Base (by MPALMER15)
9 tsp Mrs Dash Southwest Chipotle (by NYX773)
4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Tips
Use an immersion blender if the cream cheese isn't completely melted at the end. Also, pull out chicken and toss in mixer with paddle attachment for easy shredding!
Directions
Place all ingredients in IP, close lid and ensure the valve is closed. Press "Pressure Cook" and make sure it's on normal. Cook for 15mins. Release pressure. Remove chicken and shred. Add back to the pot and mix well.
Serve in bowls with shredded cheese, tortilla chips, sour cream, etc.
