Ingredients

    4 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry)
    3.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    .25 tsp Salt
    16 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw

Tips

Keep cooked oatmeal in fridge until needed. Fresh greens can be added to oatmeal before eggs.


Directions

cook oatmeal - put in plastic container - divide into 8 servings
each meal: brown 1/8th of oatmeal in pam sprayed pan
add 2 eggs & scramble in pan
add butter buds & salt to taste.
