Ingredients

    1 small Onions, raw
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    3.3 Cup HEB Sliced Yellow Squash Frozen
    4.5 Cup HEB Sliced Zucchini Frozen
    Salt & Pepper
    1.5 Tsp Minced Garlic

Directions

Chop 1 small onion. Sauté vegetables in 1 tablespoon hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 10 - 15 minutes. Add 1.5 tsp. minced garlic, and sauté 1 minute. Sprinkle mixture with salt and pepper to taste.

Serving Size: Makes 6 - 1.33 Cup Servings (1 1/3Cup Servings)
