    4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.5 tsp Salt
    2.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1.0 cup Coconut Oil
    2.0 cup, quartered or chopped Apples, fresh with skin
    0.5 cup, chopped Walnuts
    1.0 tsp Baking Soda
    1.75 cup Granulated Sugar
    2.0 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour

Directions

Mix all, pour into 15x10x1 baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 30 to 25 minutes Serving Size: 30
