    271.0 Grams Onions, raw
    432.0 Grams Celery, raw
    0.25 cup Garlic
    0.12 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    1.0 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste
    8.0 fl oz Red Wine

Directions

Chop meat and vegetables into cubes. Put all ingredients into crock pot. Cook on low 8 hours.
