In spite of all the bad press, there is nothing better than a BLT with yummy vine fresh tomatoes! Ingredients

    2 slices reduced calorie wheat bread (toasting optional)
    3 slices Butterball Turkey Bacon(a serving is one slice and I used three slices
    1 slice Kraft Fat Free American Cheese
    1 Tbsp Kraft Reduced Calorie Mayo
    Arugula -A handful about 20 small leaves
    Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper to taste

Directions

Cook bacon in microwave as directed.
Toast bread if desired.
Slice Tomatoes
Spread mayo on bread
Assemble sandwich
