4 serving Pillsbury 9" Refrigerated Pie Crust (entire pie crust) (by MORE2LUV31)
9 tsp Truvia Natural Sweetener Brown Sugar Blend (by SHEEATS-SHESHRI)
3 tsp Cinnamon, ground
3 serving Smart Balance, Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread, 1 Tbsp
.5 cup Cornstarch
Tips
Bake pie until crust is a lovely shade of brown.
Directions
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
In a 13 by 9 rectangular glass baking dish, line with 2 of the Pie Crusts up the edges and across the bottom of dish. Cut the other two pie crust in long strips to use as a top crust.
In a 4 quart saucepan, thaw frozen peaches in 2 cups of water.
Once thawed line the pie crust with only the peaches, retain the juice for the syrup.
In the saucepan with the juice, add the brown sugar, cinnamon,, butter stir until well blended, then add the cornstarch slowly, until you have a nice syrup. Top the peaches with the syrup.
Now take the long strips of pie crust and lay diagonally across the peaches in one direction, then come back across weaving the strips the other direction.
Bake pie for 40 minutes
