Ingredients

    1 lb Ground Turkey - 97% fat free extra lean white turkey
    1 red onion chopped raw
    1 8oz canHunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added
    2 cans RO TEL No Salt Added Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
    1 ground Cumin
    1 packet Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium)
    2 tbsp Chili powder
    1/4 cup Cilantro chopped (optional)
    2 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
    2 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) chopped
    2 cans cup White Beans - Goya Small white beans - drained and rinsed


Tips

top with cheese, cilantro, jalapenos, greek yogurt or sour cream.


Directions

Break ground meat into chicks and place in the crockpot. Add remaining ingredient and stir well. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 min or High for 6.
