Ingredients

    *Rhubarb, 3 cup, diced
    * Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
    * *Flour, white, 5 grams
    * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    * Oats, .75 cup
    * *Flour, white, .75 cup
    * Brown Sugar, .75 cup, packed
    * Baking Soda, .5 tsp
    * *Margarine, soft, .33 cup
    * Salt, .5 tsp

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 2 quart baking dish. In a large bowl, combine rhubarb, sugar and 1 tsp flour. Stir until well combined and pour into baking dish.

In small bowl, stir together, 3/4 cup flour, brown sugar, rolled oats, baking soda and salt. blend in margarine until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over rhubarb mixture. Bake 30 minutes, or until rhubarb is tender.
