    Very Good
It was very good-I cooked the cauliflower in the steamer and put the chicken bouillon in the water. It gave it great flavor-I wasn't sure what spices to add, so I only added pepper. - 11/11/08

    Very Good
I made this and left out the sour cream to save on calories, but added in different seasonings to my liking. It was good and satisfying. - 10/5/08

You should try it with fat free sour cream or even fat free plain yogurt. Just wanted to add something to make it a bit creamier. Glad you liked it.

The end product was colored by the mushrooms and onions.
It wasn't appealing presentation to me.
The recipe itself is very bland and depends heavily on the spices you choose.
