    165 grams Apples, fresh with skin (cored)
    340 gram(s) Ocean Spray Fresh Cranberries (as per label 12/2018)

    optional - 1/2 cup sugar - sweeten to your taste (not included in the nutritional information)
    you could also replace the sugar with pure maple syrup or other sweetener of choice

Tips

I measure by weight and 6 servings would each weigh 113 grams

You can replace the halo oranges with any other orange, I just happen to have halo oranges on hand when I made this


Directions

combine in vitamix (or food processor).
variable speed #1, slowly increase to #4
