Ingredients

    1.0 medium Carrots, raw
    1.0 cup, cubes Sweet potato
    1.5 cup Beans, great northern
    6.0 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth or Bouillon
    3.0 cup kale - Glory chopped kale, fresh
    0.5 serving Bob's Red Mill Organic Farro
    1.0 1tsp Olive Oil
    1.0 tsp Garlic

Directions

Saute chopped garlic in olive oil. Add the broth. Wash, peel, and chop the vegetables. Drain and rinse the beans. Rinse the Farro. Add all ingredients to the broth and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Serve with grated parmesan if desired.
