5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
.5 cup, shredded Gruyere Cheese
.5 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat
1.5 oz Cream Cheese
3 slices (6 per 6-oz pkg.) Canadian Bacon
Directions
Gruyère & Canadian Bacon Egg Bites (Slow Cooker)

Gruyère & Canadian Bacon Egg Bites (Slow Cooker) like at Starbucks, should make 6 and are approximately 3 carbs per 2 or a serving size.
Blend shredded Eggs, Gruyere Cheese, Cottage Cheese, and Cream Cheese until creamy.
Oil 6 mini wide mouthed Mason Jars
Cut up each slice of Canadian Bacon and put equal parts into the bottom of each mason jar.
Pour equal parts of egg mixture into Mason Jars
Place the rings from the jar lids in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Fill it about halfway with water, and raise the temperature to 165 degrees.
Place the jars in the cooker making sure the tops are exposed, but the sides are immersed in water.
Allow them to cook for 2 hours and 30 minutes.
