Ingredients

1/4 C onion
2 T. margerine
1 4-oz can green chilis
4 oz reduced fat cream cheese
1 T milk
1/4 t ground cumin
2 cups chopped turkey or chicken
12 7-in reduced fat flour tortillas
1 10.75 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz fat free sour cream
1 cup milk
3/4 C of 2% cheese
Directions
In skillet cook the onion in margarine over med until onion is tender. Add 1 T. of the canned green chilis.
In a mixing bowl combine softened cream cheese, the 1 T milk, and cumin. Add onion and chicken or turkey. Stir till combined.
Sppon about 3 T of the chicken mixture onto each tortill near an edge; roll up. Place filled tortillas, seam sides down, in a greased 9X13 pan.
In a med bowl, combine soup, sour cream, the 1 C milk, and remaining green chilis. Pour the soup mixture over the tortillas in the pan. Cover with foil in a 350 oven for about 35 min or until heated through. Remove foil. Sprinkle enchillads with the cheese. Return to oven and bake about 5 more min or until the cheese melts.
