Ingredients

3 c. Cabbage, washed, drained and shredded
2 c. apples, unpeeled, cored and chopped
1 c. celery, washed and sliced diagonally
1/2 c. onion, peeled and sliced into thin rings (optional)
Dressing:
1/3 c. low-fat yogurt
2 tbsp pineapple juice
1/4 tsp prepared mustard
1/8 tsp celery seed
Directions
Combine cabbage, apples, celery and onion. In a separate bowl, combine ingredients for the pineapple yogurt dressing. Gently toss pineapple yogurt dressing with apple-cabbage mixture.
