    2 tsp Flaxseed, Bob's Red Mill Natural Raw Whole Flaxseed
    2 tbsp Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt
    2 cup Silk Organic Soy Milk Unsweetened

Directions

Put everything in blender, and blend until smooth
