Introduction

Ingredients

    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2/3 C mixed vegs (peas, corn, and carrots)
    2/3 C Jasmine Rice - white -- best is leftover rice from previous day
    1 tsp. Wan Ja Shan Tamari Soy Sauce (naturally brewed)
    1 tsp Garlic
    1 dash Pepper, black
    .5 tsp Salt

Directions

beat egg and set aside. Grease frying pan with paper towel with cooking oil and throw away paper towel. Put cooked rice and frozen vegetables in pan to fry along with the soy sauce and spices. Fry for a minute or two. Drip egg onto frying rice/vegetable mixture and mix everything until well fried. Fry on low heat because there is not much oil in the pan so you don't want to burn the rice.
