Ingredients

    16.0 oz Best Choice Clearly Organic Whole Wheat Spaghetti
    4.0 1tsp Olive Oil
    0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    1.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    1.0 bunch Broccoli, fresh
    2.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    2.0 cup, sliced Zucchini
    2.0 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes
    1.0 package (10 oz) Spinach, fresh
    4.0 tsp Garlic
    48.0 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast

Directions

Saute veggies, boil pasta, bake breast (any seasoning, I did blackened) combine with suateed spinach garlic and olive oil.

Serving Size: Half a chicken breast (4oz) 1.5 cups primavera
