Ingredients

    1 head Endive
    200 grams Peas and carrots, frozen
    50 gram Lardons -Aldi-

Directions

Cook the lardons until browned
Add the head of endive cut in half
Add the peas and carrots
Salt to taste
Cook until carrots are soft.
