    0.5 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g)
    2 serving Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp.
    4 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill)
    4 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil
    0.125 cup Maple Grove Farm Maple Syrup (sugar free)
    4 gram(s) Pure Xylitol

Directions

Mix all dry. heat oil & add wet to dry. pack into a glass bread loaf pan. Bake at 350f for 20-25 minutes. Cool in refrigerater for one hour. unmold & cut into 4 equal peaces.
