Ingredients

    1 lb lean stew beef cut into small chunks

    1lb lean ground turkey

    1 can Kidney Beans (drained and washed)

    1 can Pinto Beans (drained and washed)

    1 can Black Beans (drained and washed)

    1 Red Onion (chopped)

    1 large can of Stewed Tomatos

    1 large can of Tomato Sauce

    1 small can Hot Jalapeno Peppers (already diced)

    1 tbls Pepper

    1 tbls Chili Pepper

Directions

Brown Stew Beef and Ground Turkey in a Frying Pan. Drain any grease.

Throw meat in the Crock Pot with Beans, Onions, Tomatos, Tomato Sauce, Jalapenos, and Spices.

Simmer on Low all day.. Come home to a delicious meal.. Serve over Brown Rice or a Plain Baked Potato.
