Ingredients

    6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.25 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
    85 g Gordon Choice Canadian Bacon (2 Ounces)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Spray muffin tim. Overlap 2 pieces Canadian bacon in each muffin cup. Crack 1 egg into each. Season with salt/pepper. Top with a little cheese. Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
