Ingredients

    1.5 cup Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes Protein Packed Buttermilk Pancake Mix (1/2 cup 53g) (by SIA1308)
    37.5 gram(s) MRM Metabolic Whey Protein, powder (by J0ETTE)
    1.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    .5 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    8 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    90 gram Fruit, Banana, raw.1 cup, mashed = 225g (by LISAPEPPAN)
    1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
    1.4 cup cranberries (fresh) (by CBWEBER)
    3/4 c. Pecans-Diamond of California Chopped Pecans

    Option to mix 4.5 T yogurt with Wladen Farms Pancake syrup to spread on pancakes.

Directions

Preheat skillet or griddle to medium heat.

Mix the Kodiak Cakes, protein powder, cinnamon and nutmeg together in a bowl. set aside.

In a separate bowl, whisk the milk, eggs, banana and vanilla together. Add to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the cranberries (marinated overnight in 2 T splenda) and chopped pecans.

Spray griddle with cooking spray. Using a 1/3 c. measuring cup, pour batter onto the griddle. Once bubbles form on the top, flip. Option to stir greek yogurt and syrup together and drizzle. Yogurt not included in numbers



Serving Size: made 16 pancakes about 1/3 c each
