    1.0 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Red Ripe Tomatoes
    4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.5 cup Milk, 1%
    50.0 Grams Spinach, fresh

Directions

Saute onion and tomatos Mix eggs, sauted veggies and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Whisk spinach and the Cook mixture on frying pan 3 minutes per side
