Ingredients

    6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .75 serving City Barbecue BBQ Smoked Chicken Breast (8 oz)
    .75 cup Spinach, cooked
    3 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes) (Optional)
    28 gram(s) Cheese, Alouette Goat Cheese crumbles
    [0.25 tsp Lawrys Seasoned Salts
    2 clove Garlic (garlic powder)
    .33 tbsp *McCormick ground cumin (by CHGOMOMMA)] (Season to taste)

Directions

Scramble Eggs in a large bowl. Mix in Chicken, spinach, tomatoes, cheese, salt, garlic and cumin. (Season to taste) Portion out into greased muffin tins. Bake at 325F for 15-18 minutes or until egg is cooked.
