Ingredients

    20 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    2 cup rutabagas, diced
    3 beets (2" dia, sphere) Beets, boiled
    1.5 cup slices Carrots, diced
    1.5 cup, diced Celery, diced
    1 cup Onion, diced

Directions

brown cut chicken in 1 T oil, add veggies, cover with water and simmer for 4 hours. Add water if necessary to keep the vegetables covered.
