    0.9 serving Bread, Rudi's Cinnamon Raisin Gluten Free (1 slice) (by TRDANKO)
    1 extra small (less than 6" long Banana, fresh
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.3 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
    1 tbsp PC organic natural peanut butter (by MED.CHUNK)

Tips

Can use non GF bread as well.
For additional nutrients sprinkle with nuts of your choice (account for additional calories)


Directions

Toast your bread.
While toasting mash your banana and mix w/ cinnamon and flax.
Spread peanut butter on bread.
Spread banana picture on top.
