Ingredients

    6 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    .5 cup Half and Half Cream
    3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .5 cup Coconut Flour
    2 tbsp Sugar Substitute
    .25 tsp Baking Soda
    2 frankfurter (5 in long X 3/4 i Hot Dog, beef and pork

Directions

preheat oven to 350 and spray a 6 count muffin tin
add butter, eggs and cream to a bowl and mix well
add coconut flour, sugar sub, and baking soda to 2nd bowl & mix
combine both bowls together
chop hot dogs into small pieces and add to mixture
spoon mixture evenly into 6 wells of muffin tin
bake for 20 - 30 minutes until toothpick comes out clean
and muffin tops as brown as you'd like them
let cool 5 - 10 minutes before eating
muffins refrigerate and freeze well
