    (Black Treacle or )Molasses, 1 tbsp
    Dry Yeast .25 ounce
    Salt, 1.5 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 2.5 tbsp
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1.25 cup
    *Flour, white, 2.5 cup


Mix black treacle, yeast and 1 1/3 cups warm water. Let sit until it bubbles, about 5 minutes. Mix rest and ingrediets. Start BBQ. Divide dough into 8 portions. Roll or pull to desired size and thickeness. I tend to do mine quite thin which means they cook in about 1-minute each side on the BBQ. Thicker will take a bit longer and will be less cracker like. Top with low fat Mozza and lots of veg or freeze for quick and easy suppers.
