2 fl oz Water, tap
1 cup, halves and whole Cashew Nuts, dry roasted
1 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt
1 cup Pumpkin Seeds (whole seeds, roasted)
2 tsp Turmeric, ground
0.50 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)
0.50 cup Dried Cherries
1 cup, packed Raisins
Tips
Originial recipe calls for hazelnuts instead of raisins. Can also substitute almonds or use hazelnuts
Directions
Make slurry from flax and water. Swish other ingredients in the slurry. s Bake for 1 hour till dry and crunchy. Store in mason jar
