1/2 cup milk (I used unsweetened almond milk, but skim will do)
1 serving (1 4 oz cup) Fiber One strawberry yogurt
    1/4 cup Egg white substitutes
3/4 cup all purpose flour (or oat flour)
    3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup Fructose Crystals (or 1/2 cup sugar or 1/2 cup splenda)
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt

    1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp all purpose flour (or more if needed)
    1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
1/8 serving Dannon Light & Fit Yogurt (in place of 1 Tbsp of butter)
    3/4 cup diced strawberries

1. Preheat the oven to 375 and grease an 8 inch or 9 inch square baking pan
2. In a bowl, whisk together the milk, applesauce, and egg substitute
3. In another bowl, stir together both flours, sugar, baking powder and salt
4. Add dry mixture to milk mixture and stir until just combined.
5. Pour into greased pan
6. Mix together all topping ingredients and sprinkle evenly over cake batter
7. Bake for 18-28 minutes, depending on size of pan. Check to see if knife or toothpick comes out clean.

8. Cool on wire racks and store in airtight container
