Ingredients

    12.0 oz Hillshire Farm Beef Smoked Sausage
    24.0 oz skinless boneless chicken thighs
    16.0 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream
    2.0 tbsp Carlini Olive Oil 100% Pure (Aldi)
    2.0 tbsp Minced Garlic in water
    1.0 tsp Salt
    1.0 tsp Pepper, black
    3.0 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh
    1.5 cup Great Value Fancy Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
    0.5 cup Kroger Finely Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Cube and slice the chicken and smoked sausage. Add olive oil to a large skillet on medium-medium high heat. Add the cubed and sliced meat and saute until cooked. Add minced garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add chopped broccoli and toss around with the meat for 3 minutes. Add 2 cups of heavy whipping cream. Stir and blend so everything is coated with cream. Cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn broiler on to heat up... lightly spray a broiler-safe cooking dish. TIP: rectangular are easier to use for dividing into portions. Add both shredded cheeses to the meat and broccoli mix. Stir slightly until cheeses is somewhat evenly distributed. Remove from stove and pour into baking dish. Broil for 2-5 minutes approximately 6" from broiler. The casserole done when it is browned on top. Enjoy!!!
