Tuna/Spinach Patties Tuna/Spinach Patties

Ingredients

    1 can Tuna, Canned in Water, drained
    .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    0.25 cup Bread, Progresso Bread Crumbs, Garlic and Italian Herb
    pinch Onion powder
    pinch Garlic powder
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 cup Spinach, frozen
    2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
    1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted

Tips

try different veggies in recipe, my Ten yr old loved this recipe.
so it is a keeper.


Directions

Drain Tuna set aside
chopped onion, thaw & chop spinach, add to bowl
add tuna, Parmesan cheese, egg, slightly melted butter, spinach, onions and spices. mix well
make into four patties.
fry using cooking spray.
