Introduction

When you are dying for peanut butter cookies that actually taste good wheat free, these are simple and easy and do taste like a peanut butter should. When you are dying for peanut butter cookies that actually taste good wheat free, these are simple and easy and do taste like a peanut butter should.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 egg slightly beaten
    1 C. sugar
    1 C. peanut butter
    1 tsp. baking soda

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine all ingredients until smooth
Use medium cookie scoop and drop onto an ungreased cookie sheet
Use a fork to make a crisscross pattern on top of each cookie
Bake 10-15 minutes

I roll into balls then make crisscross pattern. Cookies are more uniform and I can make 40 cookies this way. I can then eat two cookies for the serving of one and feel like I'm eatting more!
